Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Rememwear, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • After 2 hours, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
  • To request cancellation, email us at support@rememwear.in or connect us in WhatsApp with your Order ID.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

To request a replacement:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear product photos
    • Photos of the packaging
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • The product must be unused and in original condition.

Once verified, we will:

  • Arrange a free replacement
                       OR
  • Issue a refund if replacement is unavailable.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible.

3. One-Time Size Exchange

We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky.

We offer a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be:
    • Unused
    • Unwashed
    • With original tags intact
    • In original packaging
  • Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer
  • Exchange is subject to availability

After one successful exchange, the product will not be eligible for further exchange.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Wrong size selected by customer (after one exchange)
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor size variation (±0.5 inch measurement tolerance)
  • Damage caused during improper unboxing (without video proof)
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Custom or limited-edition items (if applicable)

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Once initiated, refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Important Notes

  • Please refer to our Size Chart carefully before placing your order.
  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video to support any damage claims.
  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
